Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping within India for all orders.

For international orders, we charge a variable shipping fee based on the destination country, weight and dimensions of the package, and the courier service used. You can see the estimated shipping fee at the checkout page before placing your order.

Shipping Time

We process and ship your orders within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and customs clearance.

For domestic orders, we use reputable courier services such as Ship rocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc. The delivery time is usually 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

For international orders, we use international courier services such as DHL, UPS, Aramex, etc. The delivery time is usually 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that these are only estimates and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier service or customs authorities.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For domestic orders, there are no additional customs duties or taxes applicable.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Sambalpuri Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice and a return request form.
  • The return shipping cost must be borne by you.
  • The refund or exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the same mode of payment used for placing the order.
  • The exchange will be subject to the availability of the product in stock.
